Summer Program Manager (Full Job Description)
The Summer Program Manager is responsible for:
Leading and directing our summer youth camp programs (Pathfinder, Trailblazer, Explorer)
Serving as a member of our communications team, including driving marketing and communication efforts for our summer youth programs
Recruiting and training our summer staff team, in collaboration with the Director of Programs.
This position serves as a part of the Camp Luther program team to lead summer and year-round ministry programs, coach and build up our summer staff team, and live out the mission of Camp Luther with the people who come to camp.
Specialty Program Manager (Full Job Description)
The Specialty Program Manager is responsible for:
Leading and directing our summer weekend and specialty programs (Kindercamp, Village Glamping, Group Retreats, Service Events)
Leading and directing our Junior Counselor program
Directing and coordinating year-round cottage retreats
Managing our housekeeping and hospitality operations
This position serves as a part of the Camp Luther program team to lead summer and year-round ministry programs, coach and build up our summer staff team, and live out the mission of Camp Luther with the people who come to camp.

Part-Time Positions
Housekeeping (full Job Description)
This member of the Camp Luther family will implement a cleaning schedule for all camp facilities (housing accommodations, restrooms, storage areas, meeting/conference rooms, etc.) while maintaining an exemplary standard of cleanliness and order. This position will be a part of the housekeeping team and will lead summer and volunteer housekeeping efforts.
