Passage is designed for schools and other organizations seeking to facilitate a transition their group is experiencing. Whether your group consists of students journeying from middle school to high school, youth embarking on a new program or experience, or a recently formed group or team, Passage is designed to provide an impactful and foundational experience that will challenge your group to grow together and go deeper.
This program uses a combination of team building activities, adventure experiences, intentional programming, and guided discussions to facilitate a rite of passage experience for your group. Our incredible staff will tailor our programming to meet your group's specific needs and goals.
This program is designed for high-school aged youth groups.
KBC is located near Houghton, MI in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
We work with your schedule. This program is offered throughout the summer (Sunday through Friday--no weekends) beginning the week of Sunday, June 9 and concluding the week of Sunday, August 12.
This program begins in the afternoon on the first scheduled day and concludes after breakfast the final day.
Rates are based on the number of nights spent at KBC and are all-inclusive (meals, housing, and programming.).
3 days, 2 nights: $200/person
4 days, 3 nights: $300/person
*Paid adventure excursions (such as sea kayaking, mountain biking, and mine tours) are available for an additional per person fee.*
KBC requires one adult leader per eight youth, with at least one male adult and one female adult for co-ed groups. Any required adults attend the program for FREE.
Housing is in army-style platform tents with bunk beds. Housing in cabins/cottages may be provided for an additional fee.
KBC requires a minimum group size of seven youth. Groups below this number will be required to pay for this minimum.
