Seasonal Program Coordinator:

We’re hiring! Camp Luther is looking for dedicated, mature individuals to serve in a program coordinator role during the school year. This position involves working closely with our full-time staff team to coordinate and lead our retreat programs, as well as providing operational support for the ministry of camp.

This is a seasonal staff position that enables you to become a part of our year-round staff community while being encouraged and mentored in your leadership and faith. We’re passionate about providing people in this role with the opportunity for leadership development, intentional ministry training, and personal growth. Start and End Dates:

We are looking for someone to start in this role at the end of August/beginning of September, and serve through the middle of November.
Start and end dates are flexible for the right person. Depending on your availability and interest, there is a possibility of serving in this role for the entire school year. (September thru November, January thru May)

Main Position Responsibilities:

Leading groups and retreat programs at camp.
Cleaning and housekeeping support in between groups.
Serving as a team member of the year-round staff community.
Supporting the ministry of camp in a multitude of ways behind the scenes.

Important Qualifications

Be willing to lead all manners of outdoor games, activities, and programs.
Be able to independently lead a group.
Have a servant’s heart and enthusiastically pitch in with unglamorous jobs and responsibilities.
Be able to clean efficiently and effectively in helping turnover camp in between groups.
Be willing to work extended hours many weekends (with time off during the week).
Possess a strong, leadership-oriented mentality, with the willingness to operate in a team-focused environment.
Affirm and support the ministry beliefs and practices of Camp Luther.

Salary/Benefits:

Pay is based on experience. $275/week for 1st year staff, $300/week for 2nd year staff, and $350/week for 3rd+ year staff.
On-site housing is provided.
Meals are provided whenever there are groups on-site.
Other amenities include: on-site internet, laundry facilities, equipment usage
Live and work in a beautiful Northwoods setting.
