Summer 2024 Activities

Important Information:

• Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of your child(ren) while at camp. 

• Camp Luther staff will be available to check out equipment and lead certain activities for your family while staying at Camp Luther. 

• Please respect Camp Luther and other guests by following our guidelines and appropriately using our facilities and equipment.

Staff-Led Activity Options

Sign-Up Activities: These are activities you can sign up to do as a family or group and that require a Camp Luther staff member to be present.

• Archery

• Voyageur Canoes

• Earthball

Daily Scheduled Activities:

• Devotions

• Canteen

Equipment Check Out

The following items can be checked out through a Camp Luther staff member and used by your group. 

• Mountain Bikes

• Basketball, Volleyball, Playground Balls

• Pickle Ball Equipment

• Sailboats (Please do not check out sailboats unless you know how to sail!)

• Indoor Spaces (Fellowship Hall, Retreat Center Lower Level, Arts and Crafts Room, Upper Room)

Always Open Activity Options

These activities are always open to guests. Please follow Camp Luther policies in regards to the return of used equipment, and be respectful of others in your usage so all Camp Luther guests have access to these options. 

• Hiking

• Disc Golf 

• Playground

• Kayaking*

• Canoeing*

• Paddleboard*

• Paddleboat*

• Swimming*

*Please have adult supervision at all times for water activities. Do not do water activities after dark.

The following areas are also available for family groups to use (but you will be required to either check-out the appropriate equipment or bring your own). 

• The Lodge - a community hangout area in the lower level of the Community Center

• Basketball Court - Athletic Field

• Paddle Tennis Courts - Athletic Field

• Volleyball Court - Athletic Field

• Ga Ga Ball Pit - Athletic Field

• Nine-Square-in-the-Air - Athletic Field
