Retreats Program Manager
If you’re a strong communicator and intentional leader who is passionate about developing and growing Camp Luther’s retreat ministry, creating meaningful camp experiences, and building lasting partnerships with churches and ministry organizations, we’d love to hear from you.
The Retreats Program Manager leads and drives our year-round retreat ministry. This includes equipping and supporting the staff who serve retreat groups and programs, developing systems and resources that strengthen retreat leadership, serving as a key point of communication for groups throughout their experience with Camp Luther, and building lasting partnerships with churches and ministry groups.
Who are we looking for? Someone who:
Loves Jesus and is passionate about sharing his love with others
Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person
Is organized, attentive to details, and good at keeping a lot of moving pieces on track
Is an awesome facilitator – skilled at leading groups and creating engaging experiences
Invests in relationships and is able to create lasting connections that strengthen over time
This is a full-time, salaried role with a complete benefits package. The initial deadline to apply is Friday, October 16th. Facilities Assistant
The Facilities Assistant is a year-round, full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position (averaging 37.5 to 40 hours per week) that offers a full benefits package (medical, retirement, paid time off, etc.). This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The primary purpose of this role is to support the mission of “Building up all people in Christ for service and witness to the world” by modeling Camp Luther’s core values (Christ-centered community, relationships, servant leadership, and meaningful service) while stewarding camp facilities, grounds, and equipment.
