Summer Family Weekends

Registration begins January 19!

Come to camp this summer with your family by enjoying an amazing weekend retreat at camp hosted by our incredible staff! Throughout the weekend different family-oriented activities will be led by our staff, but you can set your own schedule based on the needs of your family. It’s vacation with a purpose - build lasting memories, be encouraged in your faith, and get away together.

Rates:
Program Rate: $90/person (Ages 4+) + Housing | Free (Ages 0-3)

Housing Rates:
Retreat Center Rates: $100/Room (Each room has four beds - when you register your family may select how many total RC rooms you would like to reserve for your family group.)
Village Rates: $200/Village

Check-In Time:
4:00pm on Friday.

Check-Out Time:
11:30am on Sunday.

Housing Options:
Your family can choose to stay in a rustic village or in the Retreat Center. Camp Luther’s villages are themed rustic cabins in the woods that are broken up into rooms of 4 people each. All villages share a central shower house. Our Retreat Center provides dormitory style housing where each bedroom sleeps up to four people with shared community bathrooms. See below for more information about the different housing options.

Meals:
Five meals are included in the cost of the program and will be provided starting with supper on Friday and ending with breakfast on Sunday.

How to Register:
Register using Camp Luther’s online registration system. A $100 deposit will be required to complete your registration.

How to Register

New this year! Families can register using our online registration system.

Tip #1: Only one person from your family needs to register - whoever registers your family will be able to add the names of all the other people who are a part of your family group during the registration process.
Tip #2: Make sure to add the names of EVERYONE who will be attending as a part of your family group - if your attending family members change after you register, you will be able to go back into your account and update that information.
Tip #3: Make sure to select what housing option you would like - your family can choose to stay in the Retreat Center or in one of Camp Luther’s rustic villages. If you choose to stay in the Retreat Center, you can choose how many total rooms you would like assigned to your family. Each housing option has a different associated fee - see below for more information.

Housing

Please plan to bring your own bedding, towels & toiletries.

Retreat Center:

The Camp Luther Retreat Center has two wings - each wing has nine total bedrooms available with two large common bathrooms with privacy stalls and showers. Each bedroom sleeps up to four people with two twin beds and one bunk in each room. Cozy fireside rooms and outdoor porches in each wing provide a wonderful setting for breakout groups. For Family Weekends, you may select how many rooms in the Retreat Center you would like for your family. The Retreat Center housing rate is $100/room.

VILLAGES

Each rustic village has six different bedrooms equipped with bunkbeds for your family to spread out in, and can house a total of 20 people. Enjoy your own campfire circle and water spigot! Villages have no electricity, but share a centrally located shower house (complete with lights/electricity, bathrooms, sinks, and showers). For Family Weekends, families who choose village housing will be assigned their own village unless they specifically request to share a village with another family. The village housing rate is $200/village.

Activities

For Family Weekends, Camp Luther staff will lead awesome family-oriented activities at set times throughout the day (check out a sample schedule), but we invite families to orient their schedule based on the needs of their family. During the weekend, the following camp activities will be available at any time for families to enjoy:
