Planning a retreat, event, or meeting for your group is exciting! But it can be stressful and frustrating when you don’t want to let your group down, and if you don’t know what you’re doing or the facility isn’t helpful. Organizing a retreat shouldn’t be clouded in stress - and it doesn’t have to be.
At Camp Luther we understand what it feels like to balance all the different aspects of an event. Each year we serve close to 100 groups and over 6,000 guests, and we’re here to help you create the retreat your attendees will love!

Summer
A summer at camp isn’t just for individual campers - it’s for groups too! We’d love to welcome your families, youth group, confirmation students, staff and faculty, church groups, adults, and young adults to camp this summer. Best of all - let our staff come alongside you in helping to plan out the retreat and take the lead during your time at camp, giving you the ability to truly be present with your group.

Large meeting areas with fireplaces are located on each level and cozy fireside rooms and outdoor porches provide a wonderful setting for smaller breakout groups.
Cottages (School-year Only)
All cottages are located on the shores of Range Line Lake and come with your own dock and rowboat. We have both two-bedroom and three-bedroom cottages, which all come complete with a furnished living room, kitchen area (equipped with refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker), and a bathroom with shower.
Villages (Summer Only)
Camp Luther’s villages are themed rustic cabins (no electricity or running water) in the woods that are broken up into rooms of 4 people each, with a total capacity of around 20 people per village. All villages share a central shower house. Stay in Tower, Treehouse, Pioneer, Fort, or Ark.
Dining
Wonderful food is essential to a successful retreat, and when you dine at Camp Luther, you can expect delicious, handmade meals that are sure to win over both the kids and adults. Want an extra snack or banquet? Let us know, everything will be arranged ahead of time.
